Coaches
The coach will demonstrate leadership and good sportsmanship to players, referees and opposing team's coaches, players, and parents.
The coach will treat each player fairly regardless of skill level.
The coach will make sure each player plays at least half of every game.
The coach will be positive and encourage self esteem and will not impose a 'winning is everything' attitude.
The coach will have organized practices and teach skills and tactics appropriate to the age level. The coach will arrive to practice on time and will remain until every player is picked up by a parent or guardian.
The coach will provide practice schedules, games, maps to parents/players in a timely manner.
